This website has no contact forms and does not ask you to submit personal information online. We receive information only when you choose to give it to us — by phone, or in person while care is being arranged or provided.

- Health-related details relevant to the care requested, such as a condition, a recent hospital stay, or a treating doctor’s instructions
- Documents you choose to send us, such as a discharge summary or prescription
- Notes made by our coordinators and care staff about the care provided

We use the information you give us in order to:
- Understand the care required and advise you on suitable options
- Arrange and provide care at your home
- Assign a suitable caregiver, attendant or nurse and brief them appropriately

Health information
Health-related information is treated as confidential. It is shared only with the coordinators and care staff directly involved in providing care to the person concerned, and only to the extent needed to provide that care safely.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We may share information where it is necessary to provide the care you have asked for — for example with the caregiver or nurse attending your home, or with a treating doctor or hospital where you have asked us to coordinate with them. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Telephone calls
When you contact us by telephone, that call is carried by the telecommunications provider concerned and is subject to that provider’s own terms and practices.
This website
This website is a static informational site. It does not host contact forms and does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Links that open your phone dialler take you to that application, at which point its own terms apply.
Keeping information
We keep records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and for as long as required by applicable law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our care against loss and unauthorised access.
